SOME SEMINAL DATA ABOUT THE JUSTICE PERCEPTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION TEACHERS

This research note aims to provide the researchers with an instrument for measuring the justice perceptions of university teachers. Further, it intends to provide some exploratory data about the justice perceptions level of teachers. The data show the following: a) teachers distinguish between five justice dimensions (social, informational, procedural, rewards distribution and task distribution); b) in general, teachers have low/medium justice perceptions level, mainly in what concerns informational, procedural and reward distribution justice; c) some differences occur between teachers of different positions, institution type (polytechnic school versus university) and institutional vinculum.
