Teachers and students motivation is essential for the school quality, which is one of the main educational aims in the present. Nevertheless, some recent social and educational changes had influence a decrease in teachers and students motivation for the school activities. In this article, are proposed some ways to make the school a context of motivation and fulfillment, contributing for the quality in education.
