Once learning/teaching (L/T) process is a cultural reality that passes away in a diversity of social contest it matters, more than to think about past ways of transmission, to sound about information and communication technologies (ICT) impact as a change factor in the traditional roles assumed by each of the intervening persons enrolled in L/T process. In this paper we summarize some of the key principles for education regarding the view of an education for all and we give concrete examples to act in a virtual class. Traditional and future strategies will be compared in what concern their advantages and limitations. We stress distance and open education as a way to facilitate the consecution of the proposed aim in Jomtien Declaration: all men and women of all ages around the world have their right to education.
